Five Star Customer Reviews for Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning
“Very professional, and prompt!
This was my first experience with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. I had two Oriental rugs to be cleaned, and they came out and picked them up from me. They did a great job on them, and were very prompt with the work. When it came time for them to be delivered back to me, I had to push them back a week. They were very accommodating of my schedule. I was particularly impressed by their concern for my rugs. One of them was about 60 years old, and there was a stain that had been there for a while. Heirloom called me before attempting to clean it, because of the possibility that it might bleed. The result was, that the stain did not bleed, and the rug came back looking great! But I appreciated the way they allowed me to make an informed decision. Very professional of them!”
There is good reason an area rug should carpet a room. They’re practical, providing cushion, comfort, and warmth over a concrete, tile or wood floor. But they also provide artistic value to a room’s design. Considered artwork for the floor, which acts as the frame, size does matter — and it’s often a big concern for the homeowner unsure of how to create that well-balanced space.
